Only 15 minutes from the airport the Villa Helena is a delightful detached four-bedroomed villa situated within the quiet Los Mojones area of Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote. The villa’s superb location ensures peace and quiet for guests, whilst being close to all the towns amenities. The villa is only a ten-minute stroll from the old town and harbour and is only 400metres from the beach. The nearest supermarket, bank and public telephone are only 200 metres from the Villa. Of course, with Lanzarote’s fabulous year round climate, guests will be keen to soak up the sun. The sun terrace is the perfect spot in which to sunbathe on the comfortable, adjustable sun loungers set in peaceful surroundings. For those guests wishing to harbour from the sun, two large parasols are provided. The barbecue and garden furniture provided are ideal for those summer evenings, when wishing to dine al-fresco. The 6m x 3m swimming pool (which is cleaned twice weekly) ranges from 0.6m to 1.75m in depth. With its Roman steps it can be enjoyed by children and adults alike. The swimming pool can be fully heated. A convenient outside shower is situated adjacent to the sun terrace. Great care has been taken to ensure that all modern facilities and the comforts of home are provided for guests. The villa boasts TV (Full Sky package), DVD and video player, Hi-Fi, Dishwasher, Wshing machine, Full oven and hob, microwave, Fridge Freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The villa has off road parking, which affords easy access to the villa entrance. All round the Villa Helena is a superb base for a family holiday at any time of the year. For added peace of mind a safe is provided and a local management company will assist with any maintenance and queries during your stay.
