General Description

A large five bedroom villa, sleeping 8, in a lovely rural setting, allowing a relaxing holiday but with easy access to all amenities. The villa has a private solar heated swimming pool in a double oval shape with a curved length of 15 metres; the larger oval is 1.6 m deep, the smaller 0.9 m. There is an extensive paved surround with sun loungers, table and chairs and external lighting, well protected from the wind. Alongside the pool is a south-facing 50 sq m covered veranda, providing a comfortable outside living area. See through roller blinds give shelter on windy days. There is a large lounge with comfortable seating, Sky TV with basic channels and BBC/ITV (subject to interference), leading to an adjacent children's lounge. The attractive kitchen/dining room is equipped with a double electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, table and chairs, etc. The utility room has fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, with a large enclosed drying area outside the back door. There is a separate games room with a six foot pool table, darts board, books and board games. The villa has two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, two single bedrooms and a family bathroom in one area, and a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room in another area of the villa. This holiday home is situated in a peaceful rural setting with panoramic views of the local countryside . A car is essential with local shops about two minutes drive, and supermarkets, bars, restaurants and beaches all within ten minutes drive. The airport is fifteen minutes away. Linen, towels and pool towels provided and changed weekly. Please bring your own towels for the beach. Electricity, mains water and Calor Gas included. Complimentary starter pack. Smoking is allowed on the veranda but not in the villa, please.
